• The experience was so pleasant and peaceful from beginning to end. :) The atmosphere was very calm, and I loved being offered tea while filling out my paperwork! My time with Shahida was lovely. She was compassionate and knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything as she did it. I left feeling extremely relaxed and in a very positive state of mind. :)

• Your outdoor soak and steam is a lifesaver for me and a couple of my friends right now. It is part of all of our self-care routine at this point. I am working hard to keep dates booked every other week for the foreseeable future. Very excited to return in a couple of weeks with my husband.
