• Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. There is a slight lingering odor in the hot tub / sauna room that also seems to cling to the towels. Makes it seem a bit dirty -- but overall a great experience.

• The entire experience was amazing. The hot tea upon arrival, the smell of the shampoo and conditioner in the shower before the soak and the amazing customer service. We left feeling so rested and zen. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
