• My acupuncturist is so kind and caring. She is a total wizard at trigger point acupuncture and I always leave feeling so relaxed and taken care of. I also really enjoy the soak & sweat followed by a massage.

• Mud & Lotus is the absolute perfect place for anyone looking to take a pause in the middle of madness, that is life sometimes. The Soak & Sauna is a great way to be present with yourself, your body, and your mind. The cedar tub allows you to just melt away whatever is holding on to you, and allows you to think more clearly. The entire place has this "relaxed chic" vibe to it, and I have already recommended Mud & Lotus to everyone I know.
