• Unfortunately, for the last 7 years, due to my chronic pain nerve disease, small fiber polyneuropathy, that affects most of my body, both sensory and autonomic function wise, and the full body joint pain from my autoimmune disease, Sjögren's, that caused the nerve disease, I've been a patient of MTS throughout it all. The needling, the pilates, the massages, even the aquatic therapy I did for years there, has kept me moving and has helped me manage my inflammation, muscle spasms, muscle cramps, body mobility, and pain levels. But to be honest, it's the people not the company. Although the name and even building has changed over the last few years, the people have continued to be invested in me and my wellness with no waver. A big shout out to Melissa Britt, for her magical fingers that work every crevice during a massage. A shout out to Tiffany Wiggins Berard, for always supporting me and giving me hope and constantly thinking on her feet to change things up in the Pilates room and routine to accommodate whatever is ailing me that day or moment.. thank you! To Lindsey Floris, who always has warm hands to works those knots out, thank you! To Roxanne, for all the dry needling sessions that have been so beneficial and for overseeing my plan of care, thank you! Words could never describe the compassion these ladies have for their patients and what they have done for me. So, yes! I would recommend friends and family to these individuals and their program every time!
