• My first impression was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I had interactions with 5 people during two phone calls and two visits, and EVERY one of them seemed genuinely happy to help me. They made it very easy for me to join, and the paperwork & process were just simple. Thank you. You have no idea 🙄 I really like the open windows, high ceilings, and cleanliness of the building. The space is just warm & inviting, and the monthly fee is very reasonable. I have been to the pool for both visits. The water aerobics instructor (Tiffany?) was awesome, and everyone in the class was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that you offer classes later in the evening, because my work schedule does not allow for early classes. I like the abundance and variety of pool equipment, and the pool temperature was perfect. However, the pool was cloudy during both visits. I have not been to the gym area yet. I HAVE been raving about MTS to the other nurses and doctors at my hospital. Thank you for asking me for MY opinion so early during this adventure.
