• Denise Meriwether is the reason, she puts forth the effort to educate us about how we can be healthier, she demonstrates how to do the exercises on an as needed basis. She listens and includes what we say we need help with. She genuinely cares about her participants and lives what she teaches, and goes the extra mile/s, literally, to be here for us! Kudos for Denise.
