• Because of how comfortable the nurse made me feel when we first talked on the phone. I had never had an IV vitamin drip before and my brother had been to the MSW lounge before and loved it, however I knew nothing about it except that I felt awful and wanted to feel better. The nurse patiently walked me through the process and answered my questions without making me feel stupid. Once there, the customer service was calming and kind and relaxing. The exciting part is I felt better before I even walked out the door! I'll be coming back and be bringing my son who is an athlete and could use the extra vitamins!
