• I was really upset that the person I had scheduled with was not going to attend me especially because I drove an hour for my appointment. I understand she had Jury duty but I should have received a called last week regarding this so I could have had the option to cancel or rescheduled BUT Kia did an AMAZING JOB...her technique was REALLY GOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD AS well She honestly made me forget I was upset. Even though I was upset with the situation I still give the location a 10 for being clean and have seen two different people who have good technique in waxing.
