• Kim is the absolute best. She does a great job with my Brazilian waxes every time and I enjoy chatting with her throughout the process. She also recommends great products to use!

• I'm consistently impressed by the staff at Ms. A's waxing. Receptionists to estheticians, it's all great. My only bit of feedback is that this is my first time at the Tyson's location. When speaking strictly about the physical space, it simply does not compare to the Reston location. For that reason, I will probably make the trek to Reston, even though Tyson's is much closer. Something about the Tyson's location being in a shared commercial/school/medical space just seems ... odd. Anyways, that won't deter me from coming back! Thanks for providing such great service!
