I can’t imagine better trainers. Jennifer is a fitness genius. She is supportive on every way, every aspect. The people you meet there are all on the same journey so you end up with unexpected friendships and support from them with a common interest . Empower is my church. If someone is serious about changing this is the place to make it happen.
