M-Power has the best trainers, they are friendly, motivating and keep you accountable. I get the best workout every class no fail I am a sweaty mess, I wake sore wanting more, why? Because I see results and that is the most gratifying feeling watching my body transform with guidance from M-Power my goals are met!! There is no other place I'd rather be! The best part of it is Jennifer Malo her stamp is legit and she is an amazing beautiful woman with so much love her members !!! We love her!!!
