Our Signature Massage, one of our most popular treatments, features 60 minutes of hands-on therapy, customizable to you. While our Signature Facial uses Rhonda Allison protocols for all skin types, but adjust to yours. Best of all, if you enjoy both spa services, our most famous package is our Two Hours of Bliss, which includes both the Massage and Facial. Most recently, we have been awarded by USA Today as being one of the Best Day Spas in Scottsdale because of the quality of our services. SpaWeek, SpaFinder, TripAdvisor, Google and Yelp all have our day spa with over 100 combined 5 star reviews. We also feature day spa packages for couples, with specific treatments being performed in our couples room. You can enjoy any one of our spa treatments for two, side by side. In 2016, we added HydraFacial treatments to our menu, including our 4 step 30 minute treatment which was designed to produce maximum results in minimal time. Went here because on a whim due to getting a very dried out face because of the weather that we had been having lately in June. I didn't really know what to expect because this was my first time at a day spa but I was definitely in good hands! I set up a appointment very easily with the reception staff the very next day.
I got a full repair and rejuvenation for a little under 70 bucks and it lasted a little over an hour which was perfect and the cost was very reasonable. My face never looked so good!
The staff is very warm and friendly there and they make you feel right at home, The atmosphere is very relaxing and you feel like you're on a mini vacation.
I will definitely be back there as soon as time allows for another treatment and I was also helped with some products that has since cleared up my face and has definitely made me look a lot younger.
I'm very pleased with my services and I'll be back soon!
Thanks everyone for the great treatment and friendly atmosphere.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Sarah H.Renton, WA119126Mar 3, 2017
A hidden gem! My husband and I did the special with upgraded time for our massage and had services performed in their couples suite. In total it was $400 for 2-90 min massages, 2 facials, and 2 body scrubs (excluding tip).
We started separately for scrubs. My DH was nervous to be unclothed as this was his first spa experience but the ladies were so professional and knew how to drape towels perfectly he was very comfortable. After the scrubs and showers we met for a snack which included chocolate covered strawberries, pretzels, flavored water, cookies, and a few other things.
We were escorted back to couples suite which was just perfect. Massages were amazing (I fell asleep) and we were left feeling like rubber. I think DH is converted to a spa going guy.
I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back my next time to Scottsdale.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Oct 30, 2017
When the man said a surprise he wasn't kidding!
I was told to wear something comfortable and I'd probably end up naked...I was so surprised when we showed up and he had booked a one hour couple massage. Pleasantly surprised I should add.
The facility is beautiful and smells good with the total spa feel which is nice as it's in an upscale strip mall in Scottsdale.
We met the ladies (wish I could remember their names) and showed the room and got ready.
This seriously was so relaxing and my masseuse was exceptional. I was super TIGHT in my shoulders and this gal really got into it and I feel sooo much better. I had but hard pressure down on the form and she took me seriously. I loved it.
The man quite enjoyed his experience as well. He was so pleased that he asked about a return visit. Score for me!
If you are looking for a great place to get rubbed out definitely check this place out. If you check in you get a discount on extras. We did the hot stone and heat treatment. Well worth it!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 221225318Apr 30, 2017
This spa is such a hidden gem! It's been my go to spot for massages for the past year and every experience is great. The decor is cute and creates a comfortable chill atmosphere, the front desk staff is friendly and organized and the massage therapists are awesome.
I personally love Candice and Kristina. I recently went to Kristina who quickly determined the pain I was experiencing was caused by a popped rib. Within just the first half hour with her I felt significant relief. The prices can't be beat either. Especially the packages! So happy I discovered this neighborhood spa.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Anthony N Chrystine P.Gilbert, AZ12518Jul 10, 2016
I took my sister and my husband to Mozaik for a massage and facial combo special during their visit here. The staff upfront were very courteous and welcoming and we were very excited to get our massages and facials done. The building could really use some TLC; many of the doors and runner boards were banged up and looked worn down. My facial room had orange water leak stains amongst the ceiling boards which was a little distracting. The lobby and waiting rooms were very cute and well decorated, it definitely had a spa feel to it.
All 3 of us were very pleased with the massages. My sister was definitely looking forward to it since she's been having shoulder problems due to work and her massage delivered what she wanted from it. My husband loved his so much he got the business card of his specialist. So props to the massage team!
My 3 stars however was for the facials. All 3 of us were very disappointed with them. Our biggest problem was my sister's facial. First, she had asked her girl (Amy I believe she said was her name) if there was a chance she could add on an eye brow wax to which she replied "You should've planned your visit a little better... But I can see how it's easy to get busy during your day." My sister is a very pleasant person so that basically ruined the mood for her. Secondly her extractions were so painful that she had bruises all over her face afterwards along both cheeks. Her face was so blotched with purple and red centimeter sized bruises it looked awful. We've had extractions before but she said the pain was overkill on this one.
I was disappointed with mine because I was told the facials were the Signature European facials which included extractions. I really wanted this done since I have a problem with blackheads. I hadn't mentioned it during the overview since I assumed it was included according to the description on the website. But when she started to apply moisturizer to my face towards the end I could tell she had finished. When I asked if she could do extractions she said she couldn't do it at this point.
My husband had the same problem, they didn't do extractions which he really needed. This was his first facial so he had no idea what to ask but again since it was described as one of the features of the facial I assumed they would do it. His skin also had a very bad reaction to one of the products since the next day his skin puffed up to a bright red and was painful to the touch. It's hard to judge if you're going to have a reaction to skin products but because of it my husband is no longer interested in getting facials done.
TLDR; massages were beyond expectation but facials were a huge let down.Helpful 10Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Annie R.Chelsea, Manhattan, NY88Apr 11, 2018
Recently, I was in Phoenix for a bachelorette party. We went to Mozaik as a group of 5 and they went above and beyond in accommodating the group. They worked with me for a special deal where each bridesmaid & the bride got to choose the type of service they wanted for a discounted price. Since they're a small shop, some of the girls had downtime between their services so Mozaik even set us up with a private waiting room with snack and drinks. For a spa without a formal process of handling a bachelorette party, they made us feel so special and welcomed.
The services were so personal and accommodated to our needs. The group either got a massage and a facial or a massage and a body scrub.
Thank you Mozaik for being so accommodating for our situation. You definitely kicked our bachelorette party off right!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Racquel M.Scottsdale, AZ1834251May 25, 2018Updated review
NEW UPDATE.
Mozaik is under new management. They have been for a little while now. Usually when this happens there's chaos but the transition was so seamless I didn't even notice. I love the new owners! They have the greatest customer service. They always remember my name. The place is still clean, lush, and cozy. My favorite aesthetician is Shayna. But don't book her because I want her all to myself. Lol seriously I won't let anyone else touch my face. I don't live in north Scottsdale but I drive up there just because the place is that good. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!
UPDATE TWO.
I just finished my appointment at Mozaik. It was AMAZING as always. The owner/manager Robert called me as soon as he found out about what happened. Not only did he give a sincere apology, which I appreciated so much, but he rectified the situation. No business or person is perfect. It's not if you fall, it's what you do when you fall. This business cares about their customers and that means a lot. As long as I live in Arizona this will be my go to pamper paradise. I 100% advise anyone who wants to get pampered by a wonderful company to go straight to Mozaik. You won't be disappointed.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Sep 23, 2016Previous reviewUPDATE TWO.

I LOVE this place!!! Clean, comfortable, and chic. Plus great service and friendly people. What more can you ask for?
UPDATE: I called a couple of Saturday's ago to schedule a Monday appointment. It was my only free day for weeks. I'm a dancer and performer and some old injuries were acting up due to a new show I was doing. Long story short the lady who took my appointment put me down for the wrong time and I wasn't alerted. I told her I was coming in at 10 when they opened for a massage first and then I'd get my facial after. Well she put me down for an 11:15 facial and a 12:15 massage. She either wasn't listening or made a change and didn't think to tell me. I ended up having to cancel my whole appointment because no one was available to do my massage and I had work at noon. Was hoping someone would call to check in or apologize since I've been here a couple times and I left a glowing review but that didn't happen. :( I thought I found my go to place.Jun 16, 2016Previous reviewI was looking for a new massage/facial place after moving from Chicago. At first when I drove into the parking lot I was a bit skeptical (there are two other massage places in this plaza) and wondered if it was as good as other yelpers wrote it was. They were right! This place is great, clean, decor very zen, and accommodating. A group of 5 of us came to celebrate a friends birthday. They allowed us to use the relaxation room prior to our appointments so that we could have a gathering place to hang out at. I had a massage with Manny, he worked all the knots and was very respectful. I left feeling amazing and relaxed. I will be recommending this place and will be back. Worth a try especially with the summer specials they have going on, very affordable and excellent service. Can't get better than that!

I was new to the area and needed to find a new place to get myhydrofacial's. I couldn't have gotten more lucky. The staff is incredibly friendly and the treatment was everything and more then I expected. Shayna always listens to exactly what I need and my skin comes out glowing. Ask for her for sure!
The added bonus to this place is they have incredible massage therapist's as well. Brandon is excellent was and try to come back each time I am in town. Check them out for sure!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - CentralPho M.Phoenix, AZ54652Dec 22, 2017Updated review
Long story short, they agreed to my proposed solution for them donate the value of what remained on my gift card to a charity. Just keep in mind that federal law does not allow gift cards to expire prior to five years after purchase. Don't let anyone tell you differently. Now to find a different place for a prenatal massage....
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Dec 4, 2017Previous reviewUnder new ownership for three days and they've lost my business forever. They refused to honor a gift card a client had bought for me by phone (9/2016) because, although I had used a portion of the gift certificate (11/2016), I had a large balance and was over the "one year from purchase date." There is no way I could have known it expired. They don't tell you there is an expiration date anywhere on the gift certificate I received - NO WHERE DOES IT STATE THIS and THEY DO NOT TELL YOU WHEN YOU CALL OR GO IN. They claim it's been on their website, but if it was purchased by phone, they won't honor it. I hadn't gone back after November because I had a bad reaction to a facial. That part is totally not a big deal - you never know what you may react to and neither could they, but it did make it harder for me to go back and use such a large gift certificate. I thought I'd try a prenatal massage. So I called to book an appointment. I asked what the balance on my gift card was and she told me it was $134. When I inquired as to how we could use the whole thing because it was hard for me to get spa treatments, she said "oh, wait...its expired." I was really confused, as the emailed gift card they sent me noted NOTHING about an expiration. She tried to get me to go ahead and come in and check on the gift card later. I thought, since it was so weird that it all of a sudden has an expiration date that I would want to double check now, instead of after having services. Glad I did. I asked for a manager. "Todd," apparently the new owner, called me back. He was was very rude to me on the phone and refused to honor the gift certificate. I explained there was no expiration on my gift certificate and he just wouldn't budge. It was so off-putting and wrong that I went so far as to quote the Arizona state laws surrounding gift cards and gift certificates and he did everything he could to say no. There is also a federal law that states that gift cards cannot expire for five years. I feel they stole $134 from me. Last thing I want to do is go there for a prenatal massage or anything now. No TY. Unethical. Unnerving.
