• I had not read all the positive reviews until after my visit - they are all true! Because of a couple of issues I wanted a male Brazilian sugaring (myfirst). I was so apprehensive and anxious before the appointment that I almost cancelled. However, the space is welcoming, relaxed, and clean. The staff isfriendly, helpful, and fun! The made you feel like they were genuinely glad you were there. I was fortunate to have Heidi do the sugaring. She immediatelycalmed my anxieties and made me not feel awkward. In addition, she is a knowledgeable professional. She offered suggestions, and thoughtfully explained everystep of the process. She minimized discomfort with care, humor, and wit. The time flew by and it was over! The results are amazing and I will definitely beback - thanks Heidi! Also, scheduling an appointment and the groupon transaction were a breeze. D.
