I gave it a high rating because going to Moving Spirit and working out with Sue, and sometimes Allison, is the highlight of my week!! I feel safe at the studio, and have complete confidence in the program which Sue has designed for my needs, At 76 yrs old I don't expect mighty miracles, but my goal is to keep flexible and move freely. Not only that, I want to know the mechanics behind every move!

Allison is an excellent teacher who is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive. She creates just the right level of challenge and maintains interest through her ability to personalize, encourage and create a calm and positive atmosphere. Couldn't ask for a better teacher and I love both the small studio that always feels spotless and fresh and the zoom option which I currently use.
