On Sunday May 11 2025 the Moving Spirit team under the direction of owner Susannah Steers delivered a timely relevant streamlined retreat day for her clients at Nectar Yoga Bowen Island. The team planning end to end was flawless, Myself and the MS clients who attended participated full in enriching fun practices designed to remind us that in a chaotic world we have in fact everything we need within ourselves. Pausing our lives to be in nature + stillness was such a needed re boot of mind,body and spirit.We remembered that when we care for our true selves ,at the level of our spirits that we bring forward peace and love to all in our own lives.
