I've been using Movement Restoration for years now & as the aches & pains shift from low back to calves to shoulders & then to feet - - Trish always asks me before a session starts - -"where should the focus be today?". And then she addresses it specifically & the body as a whole. She reminds me that the body is a system of levers & pulleys. She is the best!
