The staff is always very nice, helpful, & the bathrooms are well maintained; I love that shampoo/conditioner is provided, as well as the box of pads. They add a nice touch…while I’m past the point of needing them, it’s great that it’s provided to help cover surprise periods. Nicole is a great instructor…her classes are well thought out, and provides options, based on your abilities. Overall, I’m quite pleased.
