• I am feeling results (after years of stiffness) from massages and recent classes with Emma. I have never liked 'gyms but the classes are welcoming and supportive. I had tried physio and numerous massage therapist for years with little to no results so am elated that I'm experiencing less headaches and feeling much more flexible.
