• Yes except with claiming it back from St Lukes. On the receipt, there is no obvious provider number for St Lukes. As a Physio we have one number from Medicare that is used for all the health funds. Can you not set up a PDF with all the required info on it?? That should be possible! Thanks ,Liz Butler
