Excellent class. Great combinationsâ the barre really got me on my leg for center, and center was fun with Spanish flair and expressive combos with great musicality. The teacher gave options and corrections in an unassuming way that felt empathetically âyou do youâ without having to say so. Loved that the class kept moving so you get a great workout in.
Owner is genuinely loving and caring â I witnessed her doing many different things for many different people: from giving genuine empathy, to radiant loving smiles; from personally securing my barre with weights to immediately spraying and mopping a slick spot on the floor for a student (Iâve never seen a studio do this & canât help but love the owner as the epitome of selfless service). From unobtrusively handling business details and arranging barres to a sparkling clean bathroom experience that made me feel like I was at my momâs house for Thanksgiving (all the more special as I lost her to Covid and felt that home vibe here).
Check in was a breeze and there was even a much needed âguest foam rollerâ to help âundoâ the great strength building ballet class.
