Best zoom Yoga class I've ever taken. In person yoga of course better. But I live in Seattle and was able to take a class with a teacher and Winthrop and that's amazing.!

Instructors are great! The move to livestreaming classes, the videos, etc. have helped in this shutdown. I am eager to get back to the studio when possible, but it's been great to be able to continue with practice.
