Pleasant friendly people, lots of good muscle movement. The room was a little small for all the people. I have poor hearing and sometimes couldn't hear the leader, but it's easy to imitate the more skilled people in the class. NOT big problems. It was a good healthy pleasant experience.

Ashleigh was lovely friendly and an excellent teacher. Your space is beautiful with the windows and simple furnishings plus everything u need if u need to borrow a mat, etc. the library is great. The space is clean and inviting. I've always had positive experiences in my classes at Motive
