Let me start by saying WELCOME! I am beyond thrilled you are here with us on your fitness journey. I have a background in sports and fitness since a young age. I have always enjoyed working out, playing sports, and honestly the best part is BEING APART OF SOMETHING POSITIVE & A TEAM.
I am ACE Certified in Personal Training. I am currently furthering my career with PN-1 Nutrition Coaching. I have 6 years of experience in training 100s of women through 1:1 coaching, group, and online. I thrive in all things "group fitness". I also have a BA in Criminal Justices with a minor in psychology. I dabbled in wedding and event planning. These careers all seem different, but they all tie together to me through years of experience.
A little background history, I started training a friend from high school at our local riverfront, (where I began my infamous 90 day program) her transformation led me to 20 women, then the numbers went up from there. I built a full in home gym, and then from there the unexpected growth came naturally and here we are at our first location since 2017. I honestly feel so blessed, that this career and the lives I've changed have come from a passion and hobby. I couldn't be happier helping women feel better about themselves inside and outside of the gym. Trust me, I have been on all ends on the spectrum; From overeating, lack of nutrition and health, unhealthy weight, overweight, and postpartum I have learned all the tips, tricks, myths, trial and error.
With that being said EVERYONE has a reason and I always ask people what is your WHY? Why do you workout? Mine is my health; I've had Rheumatoid Arthritis since 15 years old and I want to always ensure that I am doing everything I can with health, I want to ensure a long healthy fulfilled life with family and friends. I also do it because I LOVE IT!
