Just love Alicia. She breaks things down, and she gives feedback throughout (Can you give 10% more? Can you get 1 inch lower"? which is PERFECT. I hear her, and make those adjustments if I can. She knows if I don't make them, it's because I can't, but she has faith that I will if I can. I also appreciate the countdown, so I know I can struggle/push when I only have a few more. When she mentions you by name, it's to give you prompts, which is so motivating (she what I did there?) Thanks Alicia!
