Morpheus Medical Aesthetics

I would not recommend Morpheus. They lack the knowledge of what a BBL facial is versus an IPL. They hadn't even heard of a BBL treatment, so when I made the appointment for the BBL, nobody corrected me or even told me they do not offer BBL treatments.
When I went in for the BBL, they didn't even know what a BBL treatment was, and tried to convince me that their machine, which is an IPL is better than a BBL.
It sounds like they lack the knowledge of what the difference is. Results were subpar, and I will not be going back for any treatment.
I tried to speak with the Morpheus manager about the deceptive service, and they admitted their staff has a lack of knowledge, but they did not want to resolve the issue.
I will just be going to Belle Marin Aesthetics for future services, and more knowledgeable treatments.

I have been having facial treatments and other services in several cities across the United States and by far Dr Chillcott is the best!

Great experience at Morpheus in Greenbrae. Dr. Chilcott did an initial assessment on me and gave me suggestions to improve my look . I felt well taken care of and in good hands . She didn't over sell me with things I didn't need.
Linda at the the front seat was pleasant and helpful with appointments and reminders .
I will return to Dr Chilcott and feel lucky to have found her .

I'm a repeat client and that should say a lot right there because I'm very particular and Dr. Chilcott to me is an artist with a practical approach for results that look the very best - never overstated. She has a great eye. She knows what she's doing and I trust her 1000%. That's why I keep going back for my face treatments.
The staff is extremely kind
and engaging . The atmosphere very calming and refreshing and I love their products. Don't forget that -routine is everything.

This place is awesome. This was my first time using Botox and I was really nervous. Their staff is was so comforting, patiently answering all of my questions. Then took the time after my appointment to find a retinol and vit c serum for my sensitive skin. Thanks for everything, ladies.

I love this place, excelente costumer service. I've been in other places and they have poor costumer service. I had a excellent service and excellent products and good prices. I highly recommend this place!!!
