• It was my first time getting a massage. It was helpful to start out by talking about areas I have problems with. Jennifer made it very relaxing and made sure to check in with me to make sure things were comfortable. Based on the amount of tension I have (herniated disc), it did not work out all the tension, but it really helped. It continued to loosen over the day after the massage. I had been trying at home to stretch and massage it out for a few days. Also thought the decor was really cute and helped with relaxing.
