• I had a specific issue and she really tailored the session to that issue. She was sensitive when one spot needed a break. I have a really hard time getting certain muscles to relax because of my herniated disc and she was able to get those areas to really start relaxing. She pressed on other areas to get them to relax instead of overworking the tight/sore area.
