• It started at the door where "Welcome back Donisha" was written and placed on the reception desk. Rachel was there to greet me (mask on and following COVID-19 protocols) she was very professional and attentive to my needs. The room was very clean, the massage was relaxing, and the aroma therapy wonderful! I left feeling de-stressed and completely relaxed. I was also invited back (very much an invitation, not a sales pitch).
