• Sarah was amazing from start to finish. Asking questions about my life getting to know about my body and how it moves with being a mother and a server. Asking what places I'd like to focus on. She stretched me out which was amazing, I've never had a masseuse do that before!! Actually working on the points we agreed about! Walked me through the steps before hand. Answered any questions I had. Seemed very knowledgeable!! Had me at full relaxation!! I'm sure I snoozed 3 times shortly!! Afterwards spoke with me about what muscles where tense, other things she noticed that we didn't talk about before such as my feet how they seem to want to curl. Recommended a foot roller. I enjoyed EVERY second of my experience. I will for sure return for Sarah when I come to visit STL again!! I will recommend to any of my friends who will visit as well!!
