• Sarah always does such a fantastic job. She and the rest of the employees are always very kind, considerate, and professional. They are very knowledgeable and always make me feel like I am in good hands, welcome, and at ease. They're always so nice and makes what could be a very daunting experience fun and pleasant. Any awkwardness that I might feel from what I'm having done just instantly disappears the moment I walk through the door. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes (and that was only because I got there to early). The environment is quiet, tranquil, and relaxing. They also always have a sign welcoming the clients for that day by first name. This personal gesture makes me feel wanted and cared for.
