Fantastic class (it was my first ever yoga class) I was incredibly nervous and worried about feeling out of place it Izzy was warm and aproachable so that feeling soon disappeared.
The class ran at a good pace for beginners, leaving plenty of time for instruction and explanation.
I've booked classes for the next 3 weeks and am so glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone and gave it a try. Thank you.
