I felt very comfortable thanks to Kirsty, the teacher. I also felt very relaxed but strong during the practice.
The facilities were of a good standard which also enabled the relaxed feel.
The person giving the yoga teaching was very welcoming I've had teaching before and this one was the most comfortable for me
