The instructor was good but she held back on more challenging poses because she thought the class was "too tired" which disappointed me. Loved the studio layout and mats etc
The location is so close to the road. I could hear the traffic.
Friendly clientele and instructors, atmosphere, instructors happy to give modifications and adjust for injuries.
Would be happy if more lessons in the morning at 9.30 though
Great studio. Would be better if more mid morning classes during the week
