It was really relaxed, I usually find yoga quite intimidating but the environment was very welcoming and allows everyone to proceed at their own pace.
I thought the yoga teacher was excellent. She was extremely patient and spoke clearly throughout the class. The location is great with regards to take public transport
I am very happy with the space, range of classes, opening times and the quality of the classes. The yoga teachers are very good and know what they are doing.
