Class had good balance of work out and yoga, clear instructions and the room is really lovely space to practice in

Bigger studio than it looks great set up walk in and relax!!!
The instructor was wonderful and I actually had space around me which is a big deal in a yoga class in London. I really appreciated the hands on instruction and the neck and forehead adjustment at the end. The studio was spacious too.
