I love coming to class, I don't feel pressured to go beyond what I can do but I'm encouraged to push myself. The teachers are wonderful and I'm genuinely disappointed when I miss my favourite classes. Yoga at more yoga has taught me how to better listen to my body and be kinder to myself. Thank you!!
