All of the teachers are fantastic! All classes are very accessible and supportive.each teacher bring their own special touch to the class

I love MoreYoga Stamford Brook! You have done a wonderful job with the space and some great teachers come and teach! My only two comments would be that I think more regular cleaning of the room/mats/everything would be welcome, and also jut generally more heating/warmer yoga sessions please.
