I have so much to say! All 3 parts of the sessions go so harmoniously together. The ladies delivering this experience are fantastic and you feel the genuine attention to detail and care that they invest into these events. Another element I really enjoy is that you are educated about the correct terms, reasons and histories for chakras, poses, breathing techniques, the kosha layers, frequency vibrations etc. Meanings are explained through all 3 parts of the event, which makes me really feel like I'm a part of something special the more I learn and the more connected I feel. It's also great that there is a donation to charity. This is my second late night lock in, and i have felt the same for both events. I will be attending as many more of these lock ins as possible for as long as the continue.
Teacher was great but the stray hairs that suddenly appear on the mats / floor freak me out! I have barely any hair so can be pretty certain it's not mine but suddenly it's there on your toes!!

Good space and nice teacher and students. I have joined up for the lifetime 50% off on the basis I can use different studios as well. Although I would like to talk to some one about the Walthemstow one in London and when is it being opened?
