I would have gave a 10 but all the spray bottles for cleaning the mats didn't work... and the mats are quite dirty and smell bad
Because I love this class.
It was my first class and I loved it! The place was easy to find, I liked the atmosphere and the class felt so good, so relaxing, I felt in peace. The teacher was lovely and guided us well...Also, the music in the background was really really beautiful. Thank you for this great idea so more people can access to this :)
The teacher's guidance was ideal: clear, relaxing, attentive. Different options were given. The space is nice, bright. Only downside: the background music, but I appreciate it was used to contrast the noise coming from the street.
The space is amazing, the teachers are great and they love what they're doing. Whoever has passion for yoga, should definitely visit the place.
