The ambience in Beaus class was just perfect, the music and the tone of his voice. I was surprised that he did not walk around and check posture but then it was not a particularly taxing yin class or is that a hang over of the covid restrictions?
I came here because it’s one of my friend’s local yoga studio she goes to and I’m impressed. The studio is really easy to find from the nearest tube station yet on a quiet street, very luminous. The teacher was really helpful correcting us and brought a nice vibe to the group. Good covid-19 measures in place. Keep up the good work moreyoga!
