really enjoy classes here so far, have had good teachers who control the atmosphere of the room very well to provide a comfortable and calming/energetic space for the particular yoga practice!
I liked the class and space, but I think it's too small for the number of people. Perfect mattress anti-slip, the teacher was lovely, nice relaxing voice and gave clear instructions. Downside: not particularly clean, floor full of hair, bolster and blanket not very clean full of fluff/dusty.
