The teachers are great - I come out of every class feeling like i've really moved and stretched parts of my body that I wouldn't normally in the gym. I also often learn something new, either about the yoga practice, or our biology and physicality
David, the teacher did a fantastic lesson!
The class was relaxing but also a good work out. The teacher was kind, calming and aware of the different levels of ability in his class, encouraging pacing, enjoyment and confidence.
