This was the best class I have done at MoreYoga so far. The teacher was excellent and created a calm and caring atmosphere - and the class was really well structured, clear and focussed.
My favourite studio, attending classes at mora yoga Brixton almost every day, have never been dissapointed
I went for my class as a beginner and the instructor helped me with my positions and gave me good tips, great environment too.
