Sabina is a brilliant yin instructor, and I'm sad she'll not be doing Saturday yin classes anymore - but I'll be following her to Camden for backbend flow!
Simple studios with lovely teachers (even thou they keep on leaving 😿!!)
Because I work just across the street and the classes are always thought professionally.
Great teachers, great facility. Check in is easy, appreciate the no frills mindset and easygoing teachers. Have always felt comfortable and welcomed in class.

The studio is located really close to my work so perfect to go either in the morning or evening. The online check in system works well and I like the reward scheme. This class I particularly enjoyed as it was quite a workout but still at a nice pace, with a good soundtrack.
I think it's a good class for all levels, not like a gym yoga class but proper yoga technique
