My kids love it and it's a fun activity for them when they have nothing to do it's affordable and worth it, the trainers are amazing and very professional in there job , I love how it's for all ages and I am very happy I got to know about this gym, my kids have improved so much in self defence and fighting

Suzie & Jess are professionals. They were patient & didn't mind repeating themselves as many times as they had to so that everybody understood what needed to be done. It was a fun, interactive & clean environment. I'm looking forward to my next session.
