Julie was an amazing instructor. Super calming and enjoyable, but also difficult enough where you felt like you got a good workout in.

The instructors are wonderful & professional. The place is clean & inviting.
The instructor was awesome and really made it all about how you felt and wanted to do with your time rather than pushing you to do things beyond your comfort zone. Overall very pleased!
