Good class
My visit was great. The environment was wonderful, very clean relaxing. The instructor was excellent! As someone who had never done yoga before, jumping right in to a hot class. It could not have been better. It was challenging, but I never felt like I was going to fall behind. Alaina told about modifications to make to each pose as well as ways to push yourself farther. I couldn't have asked for a better first time expierence!
