Class is stimulating, challenging and yet very do-able as the instructor ( Mary ) patiently explains the pose positioning and what you should be feeling. This all makes for a fun, rewarding experience.

This is my favorite yoga studio. The vibe is always great and there are a great variety of classes. Karen's classes are amazing as you always leave feeling so much better than when you arrived! Highly reccomend Monmouth Beach Yoga!
