• Best gem in Portland that captures the local scene in a mature and professional manner. Best fade I have gotten since there was only one place to get on, everybody remembers that west end spot. Momentum has captured that barbershop feel with a perfect ambiance. Every style of cut done better there and for a good price. 5* establishment with hands on owner.
