• When I went in, my head had limited range of motion due to neck and shoulder tightness. Michael gave me a deep tissue massage and when I backed out of the spa, I was moving freely and without pain! He even helped identify some of my daily activities that may have lead to my initial problems. He was professional, unassuming, and chatted just enough to make me feel comfortable and then took my lead on whether we chatted or not. Top notch.
